WHITEHEAD FITNESS

about us

About Whitehead Fitness

We love golf. We’re sure you do too, otherwise you wouldn’t be here. We train golfers in simple, safe ways that help create more mobility, less pain, better strength, and more speed.

All of which helps you shoot lower scores. And isn’t that really the whole point?

About

what we do

We start with our two main goals:

1. Avoid injuries while training

2. Make people more capable at what they like doing… maybe golf… just for example.

We accomplish these by following our progression pyramid:

Simply:

If something doesn’t move, get it to move firstly.

Then learn to make it stable.

Then build strength before adding power or speed.
