In Person Training
This type of training is the best if you are:
1. New to training.
2. An absolute stickler about having perfect form to reduce injury as much as possible.
3. Fairly confident you won’t consistently do your workouts on your own time.
It applies to many other categories of people, but for these three we find it to be the most effective.
The process begins with an assessment, where we learn about your injuries (or lack thereof hopefully!), look to see how you move, or if there’s anything that doesn’t move, but should, and then we game plan and get to work.
