Training is what we love to do. Whether it is our own training or helping others, we care about moving well and getting a little better each day. Our approach involves using various exercise modalities to improve movement quality, strength, performance, and function outside of the gym.
IN-PERSON TRAINING OPTIONS
We are fortunate to partner with the amazing team at Spine & Sport Chiropractic and train within their office. This team believes in maximizing chiropractic work with a well-designed training program. Training sessions are 45 minutes to an hour, individualized to you, and focused on building strength, stability, and overall fitness. Every training session is customized based on each athlete’s assessment, goals, and their energy levels that day.**
For many, training with others provides an extra boost of energy, accountability, and encouragement. Semi-private training is for groups of 2-3 people. Each person still receives individualized programming based off their assessment and the size of the group allows for high levels of attention and personalized coaching.

Movement assessments are the catalyst to a quality training program. By assessing how you move, where you may be at risk for injury, and where focus should be placed, we can then build a program to move you in the right directly safely and efficiently. Every training journey starts with a movement assessment, which then enables us to write a customized program to address things found in the assessment.
