If we were to say Casey is from the north, we wouldn’t quite be doing it justice. Casey is from the north, like… Wyoming north.
Casey is what we call a “five-tool athlete” meaning, he’s pretty good at everything. Having been a former state champ in golf, a thrice All-State selection, and valedictorian of his high school, he then took his talents to the University of Wyoming and was a substantial contributing member of that program over the course of his career. He also now currently holds a masters degree from HBU.
His training philosophies are:
1. Do no harm. Everything is designed with safety in mind, then performance after.
2. Achieve the goal. Casey is here to get the client’s goals accomplished, not his.
3. Make it more fun than doing it by yourself.
Casey looks to holistically improve, using fitness as a means of growth and change, not just as a way to grow muscles or increase swing speed or ski faster.
He is a Certified Functional Strength Coach through Mike Boyce’s program and has his CPR certification as well.
